Even Those Earning More Than $100,000 Per Year Are Struggling Financially


It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that more money will solve your financial challenges. However, new research shows that even the highest earners are living paycheck to paycheck.

Nearly a third (30%) of workers earning more than $100,000 per year say they run out of money before they receive their next paycheck, according to a survey from Salary Financial. Furthermore, 32% of those who earn $200,000 or more per year also say they regularly run out of money between paychecks. For comparison, around 40% of those earning less than $15,000 per year struggle with living paycheck to paycheck.

Why do so many high earners struggle with money? One potential reason is that no matter how much you're earning, unhealthy financial habits can wreck your budget and make it more challenging to make smart decisions with your money. No matter how much you're earning each year, developing healthy habits can improve your entire financial situation.
