Golden Rim Resources: Non-renounceable Entitlement Offer - Extension of Closing Date
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX:GMR) (Golden Rim or Company- https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/golden-rim-resources-ltd/) is undertaking a 1 for 2 pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to acquire New Shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.03 per share, as announced by the Company on Friday, 9 December 2022 (Entitlement Offer).
The Company advises that it has extended the closing date of the Entitlement Offer from Friday 13 January 2023 to Wednesday 25 January 2023 owing to the holiday season and time taken for some shareholders to receive their Entitlement Offer documentation.
