That's a quote from Jensen Huang, the CEO of semiconductor giant Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA). His company has an estimated 90% market share in the data center chips designed to handle artificial intelligence (AI) workloads, an achievement that has driven its stock price to more than triple in 2023 (so far).

Nvidia just released its financial results for the fiscal 2024 second quarter (ended July 30), and it blew away all expectations -- including its own -- on the back of that dominant position in the AI chip space.
