Panasonic Sees Internally Produced Tesla Batteries as Opportunity, Not Danger

Just across the sea from China, Japan's Panasonic (OTC: PCRFY) is trying to look at a change in business model at electric-car maker Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) that way.
