Results of 2022 Annual General Meeting of Technip Energies
Technip Energies (PARIS:TE) (the “Company”), a leading Engineering & Technology company for the energy transition, today announced that all resolutions submitted to the shareholders for approval at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) were adopted.
All resolutions on the Agenda received a majority of votes in favor including shareholder approval for the 2021 financial statements and the proposed dividend of EUR 0.45 per outstanding common share for the 2021 financial year.
