Rubicon Project Earnings: What to Watch

Rubicon Project (NYSE: RUBI) is scheduled to report earnings after the market closes on Wednesday, Feb. 26. The advertising exchange and sell-side ad tech company's results come a few months after it announced a merger with Telaria (NYSE: TLRA) -- the leading independent sell-side platform in connected TV.

When Rubicon reports its latest results, investors in both Telaria and Rubicon are likely to look to the quarterly update for insight not only into Rubicon's business but also into management's expectations for the pending merger with Telaria. The latter is especially the case since both Telaria and Rubicon have already released preliminary quarterly results for some key financial figures.
