The National Association of Realtors Doubles Down on MLS Local Marketplace Ethics Rules
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is doubling down on its message to its more than 1.4 million member brokers and agents about the messages they send to buyers and sellers.
The message is in the form of guidance issued on Nov. 15 for local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) broker marketplaces that the NAR says is intended to provide greater transparency to consumers and will take effect on Jan. 1, 2022.
