Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) shocked the business world last month with the announcement that Jeff Bezos would retire from the role of CEO. The company has long been a model for anti-fragility, or the ability to thrive in the face of challenges or grow through chaos, a concept developed by Nassim Taleb in his book Antifragile: Things That Gain From Disorder. With the upcoming departure of Bezos, investors are no doubt wondering what lies ahead.
