Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) recently made history as the first chipmaker to ever reach a market capitalization of $1 trillion. A large portion of those gains occurred over the past 10 years, as its stock skyrocketed roughly 10,870%. That massive rally would have turned a $1,000 investment into nearly $110,000.

Investors might be tempted to take some profits after those multibagger gains, but could Nvidia's stock double again and hit a $2 trillion market cap by the end of the decade?
