ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF GLOBAL ECOPOWER

The Combined Shareholders' Meeting of Global EcoPower was held on Thursday, 20^th of June 2013, under the chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Marie Santander, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of the external auditor.

A quorum of 78.08% has been reached, based on the number of shares held by shareholders present or represented.

All the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors have been approved unanimously.

The voting results are available on the Company's website www.global-ecopower.com, under Finance / General Meeting.

The General Meeting has, in particular:

• approved the financial statements and accounts for the fiscal year 2012,


• renewed Mr. Jean-Marie Santander as board member,


• appointed Mr. Marco Pedrazzini as new board member,


• authorized the Board of Directors to sign a liquidity contract as part of the transfer of the company on Alternext.
