Fiducial Real Estate in exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Uffi REAM
Fiducial Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Uffi Participations for the acquisition of Participations Services Investissements Immobiliers (PS2I).
PS2I is the owner of the entire share capital of Uffi Real Estate Asset Management (Uffi REAM), an investment management company regulated by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), investing and managing clients’ investments in real estate assets.
This transaction is part of Fiducial Real Estate's growth strategy aiming at progressively creating the independent leader in France for real estate investment and savings products.
The transaction is due to close after consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies and will also be subject to prior approval from the French Financial Markets Authority.
