LATECOERE GROUP APPOINTMENTS



As part of its development strategy supported by the Transformation 2020 Plan, Latécoère announces several appointments to its Executive Committee.


Thierry Mootz, Group COO


Thierry Mootz joined the Group in 2015 as Chief Performance Officer. In line with its previous mission, in his new role, he will oversee the implementation of the Transformation 2020 Plan, the purchasing department, the Lean development and the Group operational reporting. Previously, he held various management positions since 1992 within Constellium.


Emmanuel Remy, General Manager of the Aerostructure Division


A graduate of SupAéro (now ISAE, Institute for aerospace engineering), Emmanuel Remy joined the Group in March 2016. The Aerostructure branch will benefit from Emmanuel's 23 years of experience in sales, customer support, program and engineering management positions within major aerospace companies, including MBDA, Aerolia, and Daher-Socata.


Sébastien Rouge, Group CFO


A graduate of EDHEC, Sébastien Rouge was previously CEO of the GE / Alstom Nuclear Systems Joint Venture and CFO of Steam Power Systems, a division of GE Power. He previously held the position of SVP Finance at Alstom Power and various positions as Financial Director in the industry in France, Germany and the United States.


Latécoère would like to thank Olivier Regnard and Remy Suhas who are leaving the Group, for their valuable contribution to major events including the Transformation 2020 Plan.


Thierry Mootz, Emmanuel Remy and Sébastien Rouge are members of the Group Executive Committee and directly report to Yannick Assouad, CEO of Latécoère Group.
