The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Latécoère Group has taken note of the decision of Mr. Bertrand PARMENTIER to join Pierre FABRE Group as CEO.
Mr. Pierre GADONNEIX and Mr. Bertrand PARMENTIER agreed, in accordance with Pierre FABRE Group, to ensure a smooth transition of both his CEO and Chairman of the Management Board responsibilities. His entry into office at Pierre FABRE will take place as soon as possible but in a manner preserving Latécoère's interests.
In the meantime, Mr. PARMENTIER will ensure his full prerogatives at Latécoère.
The Supervisory Board of Latécoère will consider, in the coming weeks, the measures to be taken to implement a new management organization which will take place at Mr. PARMENTIER‘s departure.
