Shareholders' annual general meeting documents available
Solucom informs its shareholders that the information related to the annual general meeting to take place on September 25th, at 2PM CET at Centre Etoile Saint-Honoré, 21-25 rue Balzac, Paris 8ème, is now available. It can be consulted (in French) in its web site (www.solucom.net) in the dedicated section: Finance > Annual general meeting.
The documents required by Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code will be available to shareholders at the company's headquarters: Tour Franklin, 100-101 terrasse Boieldieu, 92042 Paris La Defense Cedex,
It can also be requested to Caceis Corporate Trust, Service Emetteurs Assemblées, 14 rue Rouget de Lisle, 92862 Issy Les Moulineaux Cedex 09.
Notice of the General Meeting, containing the agenda and draft resolutions, was published on 19 August 2013 in the “BALO”.
