TESSI acquires Spanish-based BPO Solutions

Tessi today announces the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Spanish company BPO Solutions.

Founded in 2005, BPO Solutions is based in Madrid and employs 280 people. Specialising in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and an expert in value-added customer relationship management, primarily for banks and insurance companies, BPO Solutions offers its customers innovative solutions enabling them to control productivity and optimise costs. In 2015, BPO Solutions posted revenues of €6.1 million, an EBITDA margin of 17% and zero debt.

Following the acquisitions of Spanish-based Diagonal Company and RR Donnelley Document Solutions Switzerland, this latest acquisition strengthens the Tessi Group's international presence, particularly in Spain where it is in the process of becoming a leading player in the market. The acquisition will enhance the Group's global expertise in advanced financial service BPO as well as contributing an additional premium quality customer portfolio.

Tessi was advised by One to One Corporate Finance (Maria José Martínez Gil and Vicente Bosque Mohino), by RocaJunyent (Francesc Baygual) on the legal aspects of the transaction and by BDO Espagne on the financial aspects.
