Wo gibt es eine relativ sichere Geldanlage mit attraktivem Chance/Risikoprofil?
Im Immobilienbereich,z.B. in Deutschland!.Noch keine Blasenbildung erfolgt(Aber Aktienmarkt generell:Nur noch rein geldpolitisch bestimmt,weniger durch reale Wirtschaftsdaten...Gefahr einer deutlichen Blasenbildung),Anleihen bieten weniger als Inflationsausgleich,Edelmetalle brechen weiter ein(wie weit noch?Gold tendiert tatsächlich Richtung 1000 Dollar...erst da nachkaufen),
so what?
ich setze auf risikoarme deutsche Immobilien.
