Wie BWK bekannt gab, werden die Bechtle-Aktien ab sofort bei institutionellen Investoren in Deutschland und Europa zum Kauf angeboten. BWK hält rund 3,9 Millionen Aktien und rund 19 Prozent des Kapitals an Bechtle. Die Bechtle-Beteiligung hat einen Wert von knapp 120 Millionen Euro. BWK hat sich damit zum schnelleren Verkauf entschlossen. Ursprünglich wollte die Gesellschaft erst im Herbst über diesen Schritt nachdenken.
