Die Aktienmärkte sollten ihre Tiefs gesehen haben und bis März 2010 eine inflationsgetriebene Rallye sehen, die zumindest nominal zu deutlichen Kurssteigerungen führen sollte.
Gerade bei Immobilienaktien sollte jetzt ein größerer Rebound anstehen. Ist diese Branche doch überdimensional in Sippenhaft genommen worden, aufgrund des Niedergangs der US-Housing-Industrie.
Das größte Potential sollten dabei gut gemanagte, gesunde Unternehmen haben. Als zweite Empfehlung würde ich deshalb die TAG Tegernsee Immobilien nennen.
