Basierend auf den aktuellen Nachrichten und Finanzkennzahlen sehe ich die ADLER Group S.A. eher skeptisch. Der Aktienkurs von 0,157 Euro erscheint mir angesichts der Rekapitalisierungspläne und der Einberufung einer Hauptversammlung für mich überbewert. Zwar könnte eine erfolgreiche Restrukturierung dem Unternehmen neuen Schwung verleihen, aber die Risiken überwiegen derzeit meiner Meinung nach. Aus diesem Grund würde ich den Anteilsschein eher zum Verkauf empfehlen und sehe einen realistischen Zielkurs bei rund 0,10 Euro.
