Ehrlich gesagt sehe ich bei der Aktie der Deutschen EuroShop AG aktuell eher wenig Luft nach oben. Der Aktienkurs von 22,95 EUR erscheint mir schon recht hoch, wenn ich mir die jüngsten Nachrichten und Finanzkennzahlen ansehe. Die Immobiliengesellschaft hat zwar einige Highlights wie die stabile Vermietungsquote vorzuweisen, aber das Umfeld bleibt herausfordernd mit hoher Inflation, steigenden Zinsen und Konsumzurückhaltung. Daher denke ich, dass der faire Wert der Aktie eher bei 20 EUR liegen sollte. Für mich wäre es daher aktuell sinnvoller, die Aktie eher zu verkaufen als weiter zu halten.
