Hey Leute, ich hab mir gerade die neuesten Zahlen von AbbVie angeschaut und bin echt beeindruckt! Die Umsätze im zweiten Quartal waren besser als erwartet, auch wenn der Gewinn pro Aktie etwas hinter den Prognosen zurückblieb. Was mich aber wirklich optimistisch stimmt, sind die starken Verkäufe der Immunologie-Produkte Rinvoq und Skyrizi - die sind regelrecht durch die Decke gegangen! Außerdem hat AbbVie gerade die EU-Zulassung für Skyrizi zur Behandlung von Colitis ulcerosa bekommen, was dem Medikament einen weiteren Wachstumsschub geben dürfte. Klar, der Verlust des Humira-Patents ist eine Herausforderung, aber ich denke, AbbVie hat mit seiner Pipeline gute Chancen, das aufzufangen. Die Aktie hat zwar schon ordentlich zugelegt, aber ich sehe da noch Luft nach oben. Mein Kursziel liegt bei 185,50€ - was meint ihr dazu?
