Exact ist ein holländischer Softwarehersteller und IT Dienstleister mit internationalen Aktivitäten. In 2009 gab es trotz des Umsatzrückgangs von 10,9% nur eine Minderung des Nettoertrages von 8,1%. Der Ertrag pro Aktie war sogar nur um 4,5% zurückgegangen. Für das erste Quartal wurde ein weiterer Umsatzrückgang von 7,1% berichtet. Das EBITDA wurde dabei um 1,2% erhöht, die Cash Position um 3,7%. Das Unternehmen hat für 2009 1,47 EUR Dividende pro Aktie ausgeschüttet - das entspricht dem kompletten Nettogewinn.
Die Aktie scheint momentan nicht in Mode zu sein - daher empfehle ich zum Kauf.
