Software Monopol
Der Preis der Microsoft Aktie hat sich angesichts der Perspektiven für die Firma nicht angemessen entwickelt.
Aus meiner alten Empfehlung:
Der Monopolist in Sachen Betriebssystemen für PC's und Server sowie Bürosoftware verdient Beachtung. Auch im Datenbankgeschäft und im Bereich betriebswirtschaftlicher Anwendungen sollte die Company nicht unterschätzt werden.
Durch die Windows 7 Verkäufe wurde der Gewinn pro Aktie im abgelaufenen Fiskaljahr 2010 auf 2,10 USD pro Aktie (verwässert) getrieben. Nach wie vor betreiben viele Unternehmen ihre PC's mit älteren Systemen wie Windows XP und ihre Server mit Windows 2003. Daher besteht noch ein großer Bedarf nach dem aktuellen System.
Die Eigenkapitalquote liegt bei 53,6 % und die Liquiditätssituation hat sich in 2010 deutlich verbessert. Die Kapitalrendite liegt fast bei 30 %.
Unter diesen Umständen halte ich das Unternehmen für unterbewertet und ein Kauf kann in Betracht gezogen werden.
