Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Gagfah langfristig nicht bestehen bleibt. Das Unternehmen steigerte in der Vergangenheit die Gewinne auf ethisch fragwürdige Weise. Daraus schließe ich, dass es den Verantwortlichen dort hauptsächlich um schnelle Gewinne geht. Ohne eine gewisse Nachhaltigkeit lassen sich auch Immobilien nicht ewig melken.
