Zweiter Anlauf durch Fresenius möglich
Die Übernahme von Rhön ist vorerst gescheitert. In ersten Reaktionen kündigte Fresenius jedoch an, weitere Optionen für den Zusammenschluss zu prüfen. Das liefe auf ein neues Angebot hinaus. 84,3 % der Aktionäre (wie ich auch) fanden den Zusammenschluss schon im ersten Anlauf ebenfalls zustimmenswürdig. Ich glaube, da geht noch was im zweiten Versuch.
