Nokia kauft NSN zum Schnäppchenpreis
Wenn die bisherigen Schätzungen zum Wert der NSN nicht völlig daneben lagen, dann hat Nokia mit der Übernahme des Siemens-Anteils ein Schnäppchen gemacht. EUR 1,7 Mrd. für 49% eines mit EUR 6-7 Mrd. bewerteten Tochterunternehmens - zahlbar in zinsfreien Raten (EUR 1,2 Mrd. sofort, EUR 500 Mio. in einem Jahr).
Die Zeit wird zeigen, wie NSN sich entwickelt, ich bin jedoch zuversichtlich dass dieses Geschäft dem Nokia-Kurs einen Schub nach oben verleihen wird.
