Jetzt wissen wir, welchen Preis für die ausstehenden PB-Aktien die Deutsche Bank bereit ist zu zahlen. Aber ist das auch im Sinn der Deutschen Post, die ja auch große Teile der PB hält?
Basel III hin oder her, das geht mir alles zu glatt für Ackermann, deshalb spekuliere ich, dass die Deutsche Bank im Zuge der konkreten Übernahmegespräche etwas nachbessern wird und sollten es nur 5% sein.
