Erneute Übernahmegerüchte um Radius Health
Radius Health ist eine der größten Positionen im Portfolio der BB Biotech. Heute nun berichtet die "Financial Times", dass Shire plc ein Übernahmeangebot für Radius Health im Volumen von 3,6 Mrd. US-Dollar vorbereiten soll. Dies entspräche einem rund 50%igen Aufschlag auf den Schlusskurs der Aktie gestern. Grund für das Interesse sind die tollen Fortschritte beim wichtigsten Medikamentenkandidaten des Unternehmens, einem Mittel gegen Osteoporose (bei Frauen nach der Menopause), dessen Marktzulassung spätestens nächstes Jahr erwartet wird.
Hinweis: Ich halte selbst eine Position in der Aktie!!
