Zahlt gute Dividende
In Krisenzeiten eine einigermaßen stabile Investition, denn der Kurs der Aktie ist (trotz Krise) ziemlich konstant. Unter Berücksichtigung einer guten Dividende ist die Aktie eine eher langfristige Investition wert.
Das war überwiegend meine Intuition. Aber auch - ich meine die Konstanz des Kurses - ein Abbild der Realität.
