Aus meiner Sicht ist die Scentre Group Aktie derzeit unterbewertet. Zwar ist die Corona-Pandemie nicht spurlos an dem Unternehmen vorübergegangen, aber die Fundamentaldaten sehen meiner Meinung nach vielversprechend aus. Die Morningstar-Analyse spricht auch von einem 'unterwertelten' Titel. Ich denke, das Abwärtspotenzial ist begrenzt und das Aufwärtspotenzial überwiegt. Langfristig gesehen könnte die Aktie durchaus Richtung 2,50 Euro ansteigen. Daher würde ich die Aktie zum aktuellen Kurs als Kaufoption sehen.
