Ich bin skeptisch, was Kellogg angeht. Klar, die Übernahme durch Mars für 83,50 $ pro Aktie klingt erstmal gut. Aber bis der Deal durch ist, kann noch viel passieren. Außerdem sehe ich Risiken: Mars nimmt massiv Schulden auf und die Ratingagenturen drohen mit Herabstufungen. Das könnte den Dealpreis noch drücken. Zudem ist der Snack-Markt hart umkämpft und Kellogg hat Schwierigkeiten, mit den Trends mitzuhalten. Die Pop-Tarts Kooperation mit Nothing Bundt Cakes ist nett, wird aber kaum was reißen. Insgesamt denke ich, dass der aktuelle Kurs von 71,94 $ das Potenzial schon einpreist. Ich würde jetzt lieber Gewinne mitnehmen, bevor mögliche Probleme beim Deal oder im operativen Geschäft den Kurs wieder drücken.
