Bei der aktuellen Marktlage sieht es für Office Properties Income Trust eher düster aus. Der Aktienkurs von 2,16 € liegt deutlich unter dem 52-Wochen-Hoch und die jüngsten Quartalszahlen waren nicht gerade überzeugend.
