Vietnamese EV maker VinFast (VFS) dropped yesterday another -10%.
As I stated previously, I believe the Vietnamese billionaire behind VFS will likely let VFS go bankrupt to save Vingroup, VFS’ parent company since VFS’ exorbitant cash burn represents a serious threat to Vingroup’s financial health/survival as my analysis shows. VFS is reliant on constant funding from its parent company Vingroup. Should Vingroup stop injecting capital into VFS, VFS becomes insolvent within a quarter.
