Ich sehe für Warner Bros. Discovery momentan eher Abwärtsrisiken. Der Aktienkurs ist in den letzten Monaten deutlich gefallen und das Unternehmen hat mit Herausforderungen zu kämpfen. Die Übernahme und Integration von Discovery ist offenbar schwieriger als erwartet, was sich in den Finanzkennzahlen widerspiegelt. Dazu kommen Probleme in wichtigen Geschäftsfeldern wie Streaming, wo Warner Bros. Discovery hinter den Erwartungen zurückbleibt. Insgesamt sehe ich derzeit mehr Risiken als Chancen für den Konzern, daher würde ich die Aktie eher verkaufen und warten, bis sich die Lage stabilisiert. Ein realistischer Zielkurs wäre aus meiner Sicht bei etwa 4,50 Euro anzusiedeln.
