The company has grown its funds from operations (FFO) per share at a 15% compound annual rate during the period while increasing its high-yielding dividend at a 9% compound annual rate.
Despite that exceptional track record, Brookfield Infrastructure currently trades at a dirt-cheap price. That makes the company look like a screaming buy, given all the growth it has ahead.
Brookfield Infrastructure pays a very attractive dividend. Its payout is currently approaching 5%. That's several times above the S 500's 1.3% dividend yield.
